Privacy Policy
1. Who is responsible for your data?
OnlineTools Kft., Festő u. 16., 8200 Veszprém, Hungary, is the data controller for the processing described here.
Contact: info@digibox.hu.
This policy covers visits to the Digibox website and enquiries sent to us. It is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Hungarian data-protection law, including Act CXII of 2011.
2. Website delivery and hosting
Vercel Inc. hosts this website. Delivering pages involves technical connection data such as your IP address, requested URL, access time and browser information. This processing supports delivery, troubleshooting and protection against abuse.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Connection data is necessary to deliver the requested pages. Hosting and security records are retained according to the provider's services and settings for delivery, fault investigation and security purposes.
Vercel operates internationally, and processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, may occur. Its privacy notice describes its processing, retention and international transfer arrangements. You can contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.
3. Email enquiries
If you email us, we use your email address, name if provided, message and attachments to respond and handle your request. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need a way to reply. The email link opens your email application; it does not submit a form through this website.
For enquiries about a contract with you, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general enquiries and correspondence with business representatives, it is our legitimate interest in handling business communications under Article 6(1)(f). Where records must be retained by law, Article 6(1)(c) applies.
We use Google Workspace (Gmail) to receive, send and store email. Messages and attachments are processed by Google as part of providing this service and are accessible to the people responsible for your enquiry.
Google and its subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area. Google's published Cloud Data Processing Addendum describes its processing terms and international transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Retention depends on whether the enquiry is resolved, becomes part of a contract, or needs to be kept to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Email retention and deletion also depend on the settings and services used in our Google Workspace account.
4. Cookies, browser storage and analytics
The website application does not set analytics or marketing cookies, run advertising or analytics services, or save preferences in browser storage. There is no contact form, user account or payment facility.
Hosting security checks may involve additional technical processing. Protected preview addresses and sign-in to Vercel are separate from the public website.
5. Fonts and images
Fonts and images are served through this website. Your browser does not request fonts from Google when you visit.
6. Your rights and complaints
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send requests to info@digibox.hu. We may need information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; where the GDPR permits an extension, we will explain it within that initial period.
You may complain to Hungary's National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH). See NAIH's complaint guidance. You also retain the right to complain to another competent supervisory authority, including in the EU country where you live or work, or where the alleged infringement occurred, and to seek a judicial remedy.
